You may return your band instrument within 30 days of purchase by following these steps:
Call our Customer Service staff and explain why you would like to return your instrument.
You will be given an RA (Return Authorization) number and Suzuki Return Center street address. Both RA and street address MUST be placed prominently on box. Products CANNOT be returned without first obtaining a Return Authorization number.
Your instrument MUST be in new condition and repacked into its original case and shipping cartons.
Ship your instrument back to the Suzuki Return Center address on the label, freight pre-paid.
Upon receipt and inspection of the instrument at the Suzuki Return Center, your account will be credited in full, less shipping and handling charges.
